This article explores these changes, emphasizing various aspects. First, it delves into the challenges arising alongside digital transformation, such as accessibility gaps, the technology learning curve, and concerns related to data security. Furthermore, the article discusses opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance learners' analytical thinking, including project-based learning, data analysis competitions, and the use of digital technology. The positive impact of digital transformation on learners' analytical thinking skills is highlighted in this abstract. Factors such as access to information resources, interactive and adaptive learning, and the use of data analysis technology are explained as major contributors. The Ma'had Aly Darussalam curriculum focuses on preserving Islamic boarding school traditions and innovating educational methodologies to produce quality scholars. The focus of this research is 1) How is the yellow book-based curriculum planned at Ma'had Aly Islamic Boarding School Darussalam, 2) How is the yellow book-based curriculum implemented at Ma'had Aly Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, 3) How is the yellow book-based curriculum evaluated in Ma'had Aly Darussalam Islamic Boarding School. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed using analytical techniques which include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusion verification, then the validity of the data is tested using data source triangulation techniques, method triangulation, theory triangulation, discussions with colleagues and holding member checks. The conclusions of this research are 1). Yellow book-based curriculum planning at Ma'had Aly Darussalam includes planning the vision, mission and goals, curriculum content, teaching materials or learning resources, learning methods and models, and evaluation. 2). The implementation of the curriculum at Ma'had Aly Darussalam includes the implementation of learning content, learning methods and models. 3). Meanwhile, Islamic boarding schools have a role and responsibility for the morals of the nation's generation of children, education is carried out through formal and non-formal channels. The research objectives are 1) to describe the segmentation of educational marketing management at the Nurul Islam 1 Jember Islamic boarding school, 2) to determine the targeting of marketing management at the Nurul Islam 1 Jember Islamic boarding school, 3) to determine the positioning of educational marketing management at the Nurul Islam 1 Jember Islamic boarding school. In this case, Islamic boarding schools are challenged to respond to globalization critically and wisely. This research's data analysis technique uses descriptive data analysis with an interactive model. Data validity uses credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. This research is to understand the innovation process of educational management information systems and the use of the Santri Information System (SIS) application as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the application. The results of this research are the management information system (SIM) innovation process at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic boarding school to facilitate the services of santri guardians so that the Santri Information System application is created. To use the Santri Information System application, download the application in the Play Store, enter the application and log in using the student's identification number, date of birth and the application is ready to use according to the usefulness of the available features.
