Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. The article must not have been previously published in a periodical journal or book.
  2. The article's topic must align with the journal's scope of study, namely Islamic economics and finance.
  3. The page count should be between 10 and 25 pages, following the template provided here.
  4. All articles must include a 200-word abstract in Indonesian and English with 3-6 keywords.
  5. Any Arabic words not yet officially standardized in Indonesian should be written according to the established transliteration guidelines. Italics are used, except for names of people, places, institutions, and the like. The same applies to other foreign words, including regional languages.
  6. Authors submit manuscripts online via the journal's OJS in MS Word format.
  7. The plagiarism detector allows a 21% limit.
  8. Citations and references follow American Psychological Association (APA) standards, and we highly recommend using referencing software such as Mendeley, EndNote, and others.
