Pendidikan Tanpa Kekerasan: Strategi Membentuk Budaya Anti-Penindasan di Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify and analyze strategies implemented to foster an anti-bullying culture through a non-violent education approach at Ulul Albab Private Elementary School (SDS Ulul Albab). A qualitative method was employed, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that SDS Ulul Albab successfully creates a safe and inclusive school environment by integrating character values into the curriculum, providing teacher training in positive classroom management, engaging parents actively, and establishing a structured violence response system. These results affirm that non-violent education can be an effective strategy to promote awareness and anti-bullying behavior at the elementary school level. The implications of this study serve as a reference for other schools to build child-friendly and violence-free school cultures.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan dalam membentuk budaya anti-penindasan melalui pendekatan pendidikan tanpa kekerasan di Sekolah Dasar Swasta (SDS) Ulul Albab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDS Ulul Albab berhasil menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan inklusif melalui integrasi nilai karakter ke dalam kurikulum, pelatihan guru dalam manajemen kelas positif, keterlibatan orang tua secara aktif, serta adanya sistem penanganan kekerasan yang terstruktur. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan tanpa kekerasan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran dan perilaku anti-penindasan di tingkat sekolah dasar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah lain dalam membangun budaya sekolah yang ramah anak dan bebas kekerasan.
