MANAGIERE: Journal of Islamic Educational Management, published by Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember, applies the following copyright and licensing policy.

Copyright Ownership

Authors retain copyright in their published articles. Publication in the journal does not transfer copyright ownership to the journal or publisher.

Authors grant the journal the right of first publication and permission to publish and distribute the article under the licence specified below.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce third-party material when required and for identifying any material subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions.

Publication Licence

Articles published under this policy are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International Licence (CC BY-SA 4.0).

This licence permits sharing and adaptation, including commercial use, subject to its terms.

Conditions for Reuse

Users must:

  • Provide attribution: Credit the authors and source, link to the licence, and identify any changes. Attribution must not imply endorsement by the authors or journal.

  • Apply ShareAlike: Distribute adaptations under CC BY-SA 4.0 or a licence recognised by Creative Commons as compatible.

  • Avoid additional restrictions: Do not impose legal or technological restrictions that prevent others from exercising the rights granted by the licence.

Permissions granted under the licence cannot be withdrawn from users who comply with its terms.

Author Sharing and Repository Deposit

Authors may share and deposit the published version in institutional or subject repositories, personal websites, and other platforms without an embargo.

Shared copies should acknowledge first publication in MANAGIERE: Journal of Islamic Educational Management, include the article DOI or URL, and retain the copyright and licence information.

Authors may also reuse their work in subsequent publications, subject to appropriate acknowledgment and disclosure of prior publication.

Third-Party Material and Other Rights

Third-party material is covered by the article’s licence only where the rights holder has authorised its inclusion under that licence. Material excluded from the licence must be clearly identified through a credit line or notice.

The licence does not remove applicable privacy, publicity, or moral rights. Users are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required for their intended use.

Licence Information on Published Articles

Each article should clearly display its copyright holder and applicable licence. Articles previously published under another licence remain subject to the licence originally granted; this policy does not retrospectively replace those terms.
