Article Processing Charges

 Article Publishing Charges (APCs):

 Article Submission:

Authors are not required to pay any fee at the submission stage. The Article Submission Fee is completely free of charge.

Article Publication:

All articles published in ARKHAS: Journal of Arabic Language Teaching are fully open access. To maintain free access for readers and to cover essential publication costs—including typesetting, revision of substandard manuscripts, DOI registration, long-term archiving, and journal management—an Article Processing Charge (APC) and proofreading fee are applied only to manuscripts accepted after peer review.

Starting from Volume 5 No. 2 (2025), we will charge an APC of IDR 500.000 (for both foreign authors). APC must be paid after the submitted article is accepted for publication. Payment should be made to the following bank account:

Authors are required to send proof of payment to the journal editorial office after completing the transfer.

 Publication Fee Waivers

Researchers may apply for a waiver or exemption of the APC by providing a clear and reasonable justification. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 Refund Policy

The article publication fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
